2. How We Use Information

3. SMS Messaging Privacy

Jvora provides appointment-related SMS messaging on behalf of participating businesses. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, booking updates, and appointment-related customer support responses.

Customers opt in by voluntarily entering their mobile phone number on a Jvora-powered booking form and actively selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service and is not required to purchase goods or services or complete a booking.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS information may be shared with service providers such as Twilio only as needed to deliver messages and operate the service.
