These SMS Program Terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by Jvora ("Jvora", "we", "us", "our") and participating businesses utilizing the Jvora platform.

2. Program Description
Participating businesses use the Jvora platform to send automated transactional appointment-related text messages. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Rescheduling notices
- Cancellation notices
- Booking updates
- Appointment-related customer support responses
3. Opt-In Flow
Customers opt in to receive appointment-related text messages through the following process:
- The customer voluntarily enters their own mobile phone number on a Jvora-powered booking form.
- The customer may actively check a separate checkbox labeled "Receive appointment text messages."
- The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
- The customer can complete the booking without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
- SMS consent is separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- After voluntarily checking the box and submitting the booking form, the customer may receive the appointment-related messages described in these SMS Program Terms.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that business. If you want to join again, just sign up or update your preferences as you did the first time.

6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer booking activity, appointment schedules, and appointment-related customer support interactions.
7. Rates & Charges
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Privacy
